Richard J. WALSH died on Wednesday at 1266 Twenty-sixth street, Oakland, from dropsy of the heart. The deceased had resided in Oakland many years, and was an aeronaut, having made ascensions throughout the State. He leaves a widow and one child. His mother also survives him.
