JOSEPHINE--BY STATE TELEGRAPH, San Francisco, March 15 -- Joseph JOSEPHINE, who was run over by a truck a few days since, died yesterday afternoon. This morning officer HOGAN arrested J.S. FRENCH, driver of the truck, on a charge of manslaughter.
