[The genial "Colonel" has many friends here who, when he returns to Hanford, as he will soon do, with his bride, will join in giving them a hearty welcome and wishing them prosperity and happiness. They have been making a wedding tour to Del Monte and other summer resorts on the coast and are expected to arrive in Hanford tomorrow.]
