April 21, l935 in San Francisco. Searching for surname. I am 74 and wish to simply know my surname. California birth cert. issued with adopted parents names.
Arthur Wayne Montague and Vivian Martha Burke Montague. Obviously sealed records.
Very little other informationexcept Dr.s name was John Mcguinness M.D. Date received by local registral Apr. 23, 1935.
Some of the adoption was handled through the Native Daughters/California.
