I checked the 1914 City Directory and there wasn't a "Helen Silveria" listed, nor a husband with a spouse with the name "Helen." (1914 was the first year when they started listed men's wives. Women were also listed if they were widows or if they lived alone.)
But, I did find "320 Davis" in our on-line 1903 Telephone Directory:
Grant 76. Bellstedt, Chas & Co. Hay, Grain & Produce, 320 Davis.

I don't see a listing for this in the on-line 1915 city directory.
