"Memorial to Scobie.

"The Scobie Memorial Sanitarium was incorporated yesterday with a capital stock of $100,000, all of which is subscribed by the directors. The directors and the amounts subscribed by them are: Agnes A. Scobie, $50,000; E. E. Beebe, $30,000; R. F. McBean, $10,000; and Isabella and Johan C. F. McBean, $5000 each."
