The will of Catherine Perreaud distributing a $4,500 estate has been filed. The husband is bequeathed a life estate in the property at the corner of C and Second streets; a lot in San Francisco is given to Timothy Murray, of Oakland; her wearing apparel to Mary Rhinehart, $1,000 to Mr. Perreaud; $50 each to Thos. E. Mulcahy and Katie Buckley; $50 to Father Riordan; the proceeds after all other bequests are paid divided equally among David Ring, Mary Ring Brown, Maggie Murray, Margaret M. Hannah and Mary Rhinehart.
