Three Heirs Share $37,789 Estate

A Marin County dairy ranch at Tomales valued at $27, 500, was the principal asset in a $37,789 estate left by William Mitchell, 84, retired, who died November 5, at the home of his daughter, Miss Mildred Mitchell, 2313 Oregon Street, Berkeley.

Under terms of Mitchell’s will, dated September 14, 1943, the estate goes in equal shares to Miss Mitchell and two sons, Alexander Mitchell of Tomales and William E. Mitchell of Folsom.

In addition to the ranch, the assets included stocks, according to Nathan G. Gray, estate attorney. Value of the estate was contained in the official probate inventory.
