J. C. Dickson’s Will Filed For Probate
The disposition of t he $100,000 estate left by the late John Calvin Dickson was placed entirely in the hands of Rachel J. Dickson, widow of the deceased, by the terms of the will filed for probate last Thursday by Keys & Harlan.
No bequests were made to the children, the testator reciting in the instrument that “well knowing his wife and that she would do what was right and proper for their children,” there would be an equitable settlement. The widow was made executrix without bonds. The estate consists of large property holdings in Olema, San Geronimo and in other parts of the state, besides realty and personal property here. The will was drawn November 27th, 1899, and witnessed by L. A. Lancel and P. T. Burtchaell.
