Son, Grandchildren Get Fitzhenry Estate

A will disposing of more than $40,000 left by John T. Fitzhenry, 84-year-old retired San Francisco police lieutenant, who died February 21 has been filed in the Superior Court at San Francisco.

Bulk of the estate goes to a son, John T. Fitzhenry, Jr., of San Anselmo, and three grandchildren, Mrs. Doris Moulton, Sausalito; Mrs. Barbara Roberts and Stewart Kelber, of San Francisco.
