Relatives To Get Pioneer’s Estate
The will of William F. Berry, Ross pioneer who died recently, was filed for probate in the Superior Court.
He bequeathed his home in Ross and $20,000 cash to his brother, Thomas C. Berry.
His son received $1,000; personal articles to three grandchildren; $1,000 to each of his daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Berry Perkins and Edith Berry Baldwin.
His four nieces each received $5,000 and $500 each went to C. Renz, Frank Kennedy and Yip Lim, a Chinese servant.
Albert J. Dibblee of Ross is attorney for the estate.
