H. J. Conradt Estate Valued At $60,000

The will of the late Hermal J. Conradt, former Justice of the Peace of Novato, and retired dentist, was filed this morning, disposing of an estate valued at $60,000.

The legatees named in the petition filed by Miss Lottie Conradt, a daughter, are given as the widow, Mrs. Marie Conradt, the petitioner herself; Mrs. Minnie Lawrence and Mrs. Emma Skidmore of San Francisco; Mrs. Eda Buffum of Walla Walla, Washington; Stanley King, a grandson, of Arcata, and three other grandchildren, children of Mrs. Skidmore and Mrs. Buffum.

The estate comprises real estate in San Francisco, Oakland and Novato.
