The widow, three sons and a daughter were the beneficiaries in the will of the late Edward H. Hart, formerly of Ross, which bequeathed to them a $20,000 life insurance policy, a promissory note for $5,000 and mining interests of uncertain value in Plumas county. Hart was a candidate for Congress from this district in three campaigns.
