Sarah Magee’s Will is Filed

Judge M. C. Dufficy on Tuesday filed the will of the late Sarah Magee for probate. He is named in the instrument as executor without bonds and he appears as his own attorney. The estate is said to be worth between ten and fifteen thousand dollars.

It is said that Justice Magee of this city and his sister, Mrs. Perry, of Tuscon (sic), children of the dead woman, are preparing to contest the will.
