First I've heard of this. Millie Colby Codding and Ruby A. Jewell were both married to my Grandfather George Codding. Millie died shortly afterward in childbirth and Ruby was still a child at the time of the suit. I knew they were all second cousins, but wasn't aware of them being parties to the same land dispute.
