Death Notice
METZLER – In San Rafael, Aug. 26, 1979, Walter W. Metzler, loving husband of Marguerite Metzler; loving father of William Metzler of Oregon, John Metzler of San Jose, Calif., Catherine Reber of Oregon and Christina Compton of Rohnert Park, Calif.; loving grandfather of 14 grandchildren; loving brother of Moses Metzler of Hopland, Alba Silverthron (sic) of Phoenix, Arizona, and Ellen Viera of Ukiah, Calif. A native of California, aged 71 years.
Memorial services were held Wednesday, Aug. 29, 1979, at Eversole Mortuary, Ukiah. Inurnment, Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
