KENNETH T. HILL
A funeral for Kenneth T. Hill will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Russell and Gooch Funeral Chapel, Mill Valley. Hill, 59, died Thursday at his home in Mill Valley after a long illness.
He was born in Manitoba, Canada. He and his wife, Lucille, were married in North Dakota. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He moved to Marin County after the war and worked as operator engineer on excavating tractors for 29 years. He retired from Fanfa-Mulloy this year.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Lana Safholm of South San Francisco and Pamela Brabo of San Rafael; a son, Ronald Hill of Mill Valley; two sisters, Shirley Wagner of Mill Valley and Margaret Doolen of Boyes Hot Springs; a brother, Harvey McPhee of Minneapolis; and four grandchildren.
The family prefers memorial gifts to Hospice of Marin, 77 Mark Drive, Suite No. 6, San Rafael.
