JOSEPH W. FALASCO
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Joseph W. Falasco of Terra Linda at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Isabella’s Church, Terra Linda.
Falasco, 72, died Thursday in a local hospital after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Fresno. He lived in Marin for 16 years. He was a cook for Southern Pacific for 26 years. He was a member of the International Order of Foresters and Retired Railroad Employees.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Falasco; a daughter, Amelia Johansson of Terra Linda; a son, Floyd Falasco of Daly City; a sister, Irene De Bello of Rochester, N.Y.; and seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday at Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma. The family prefers memorial contributions to the Kidney Foundation of Northern California, 11 Belle Ave., San Anselmo, or a favorite charity.
