HAROLD TROXELL
Harold Troxell died today in his Novato home after a long illness. Funeral arrangements are pending at Redwood Chapel Funeral Home in Novato.

HAROLD C. TROXELL
At his request no funeral service will be held for Harold C. Troxell, a Novato resident, who died Tuesday at his home after a long illness at age 84.
A native of Kansas, Troxell moved to Marin County in 1975 and settled in Novato last year.
He was a retired hydraulic engineer for the U.S. Department of Interior where he worked from 1921 to 1956.
Troxell was a member of the Marin County chapter of Retired Federal Employees, the Stanford Alumni Association and the First Methodist Church of Alhambra.
Troxell was also a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during World War I.
Survivors include two sisters, Edith Nelson of Piedmont and Lillian Troxell of San Diego, and two nieces, one of whom is Ruth N. Johansen of Novato.
A private inurnment was arranged by the Redwood Chapel Funeral Home of Novato.
