JAMES R. DAMON

A memorial service for James R. Damon of San Anselmo will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Robson-Harrington House, 237 Crescent Road, San Anselmo.

Damon, 20, was fatally injured in an auto accident Saturday on Highway 101 near the Tiburon Boulevard interchange.

He was born in Chicago, Ill., and lived in San Anselmo for seven years. He graduated from Sir Francis Drake High School, and worked at Le Bistro restaurant in San Anselmo and for John Sward, a Mill Valley contractor.

He is survived by his father, Dr. James E. Damon of San Anselmo; his mother, Jeanette M. Damon of Rockford, Ill.; a sister, Jane E. Damon of Rockford; his stepmother, Jaquie M. Vaux of San Anselmo; two stepsisters, Jennifer Hull and Stephanie Hull, both of San Anselmo; his paternal grandfather, Alton R. Damon of Everett, Wash., and his maternal grandparents, Fred and Polly Hinrichsen of Rockford.

Friends may call for visitation at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Robson-Harrington House.
