TIMOTHY D. DEASY
Timothy Donald Deasy, 75, of San Rafael, a retired supply inspector of Hamilton Air Force Base, died Tuesday at a local hospital after a long illness.
Deasy was a member of San Rafael Elks Lodge 1108 and a past president of Eagles Lodge 256 in San Rafael.
He retired about 10 years ago. Before working at Hamilton he had been a civilian worker at Mare Island.
Deasy was a Navy veteran of World War II and served in the South Pacific.
He was a native of Tiburon and a lifelong resident of Marin.
Surviving are two nephews, three grandnephews and a grandniece.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 9:30 a.m. Friday at St. Raphael’s Church, San Rafael. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Thursday at Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that he was the son of the late Timothy W. and Jessie Deasy; brother of the late Pierce Deasy; brother-in-law of Lucy Deasy; uncle of Robert C. and James E. Deasy; cousin and godfather of Msgr. Robert Adams; granduncle of Dr. Scott Deasy, Mrs. Kathryn Weidenback, Craig Deasy, John Deasy and the late Thomas Deasy.
