FRANK S. ONIZUKA
A memorial service for Frank S. Onizuka, 68, of San Rafael, a retired foreman for the Marin County Parks and Recreation Department, will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Chapel of the Hills, San Anselmo.
Onizuka died Monday at a local hospital after a short illness.
He was known as an avid fisherman and after retiring from his county job worked as an attendant at Loch Lomond Marina in San Rafael.
Onizuka was a member of the Marin County Employees Association.
He was a native of San Francisco who lived in Marin for 23 years. He had moved to San Rafael after living many years in Fairfax.
Surviving are his wife, Stella Onizuka of San Rafael; three sons, Allan Onizuka of Cupertino, Galen Onizuka of San Rafael and Wayne Onizuka of Novato; a brother, George Onizuka of San Francisco; and six grandchildren.

A Death Notice in the Sept. 2nd paper adds that Chapel of the Hills, San Anselmo, was in charge of arrangements.
