Many of the old residents of Sausalito were shocked in hearing of the death of John M. Kilgariff, a former resident and property owner here, having recently sold his home to the Joseph Blacketts. He was generally and popularly known as Jack Kilgariff and was a member of the insurance firm of Kilgariff and Beaver in San Francisco.
