Former Hub Resident Dies
Mrs. Matilda Anderson, San Anselmo resident for 20 years until she moved to San Francisco eight years ago, died early today in San Francisco at the home of her daughter following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Stockholm, Sweden 79 years ago.
She was the widow of the late William J. Anderson, a San Francisco employee before his death eight years ago.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Glasson, with whom she made her home, Mrs. Alyce Whelan of Stockton, a brother, Peter Hammarberg of San Francisco and a granddaughter and great-granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow at Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael. Burial will be in Mt. Tamalpais Cemetery.

A Death Notice in the same paper says she was the grandmother of Mrs. Margaret Wills and great-grandmother of Nancy Lee Wills.
