GEORGE A. JACKSON

The funeral for George A. Jackson, son of Louis and Mary Jackson of San Rafael, will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Monte’s Mission Chapel in San Rafael.

Jackson, 40, died last Thursday in a Richmond hospital after a lengthy illness. He had lived in Richmond the last eight years.

Jackson was a native of Trinidad, Colo., and was a veteran of the Marine Corps.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by three sisters, Mary Jackson of Oakland and Penny and Angie Jackson of San Rafael, and six brothers, Frank Jackson of San Leandro, Joe Jackson of Bodega Bay, LeRoy Jackson of Berkeley, David Jackson of San Pablo, Russell Jackson of Kentucky and Rocky Jackson of Fremont.

Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, San Rafael.
