ELFRIEDE A. SELLMANN
Private services were held Saturday for Elfriede A. “Oma” Sellmann of Mill Valley. Mrs. Sellmann, 73, died Friday in a local hospital after an illness.
Mrs. Sellmann was a native of Sackenheyn, Germany. She came to the United States in 1929 and had lived in Marin since 1940.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Sellmann, a retired cabinetmaker; two sons, Engelbert “Bert” Sellmann of Occidental and Werner Sellmann of Woodacre; a sister, Hildegard Mansfeld of South Gate, Los Angeles County; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
