Mrs. Jessie S. Howell, widow of the late Thomas Howell, passed away here on Christmas Day at the age of 75 years. The funeral was held Tuesday, with services at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, and burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, San Mateo. She was the mother of Ada Mary Howell, Mrs. Susie J. Dodge and the late Alice E. Shula.
