FRED T. WINTER

Fred T. Winter, owner of a San Francisco printing business and a 23-year resident of Mill Valley, died Saturday at his home. He was 61.

Winter was born and reared in Minnesota and lived there until moving to Marin County.

He was a veteran of World War II.

He was a member of Parents Without Partners and the Marina Merchants Association in San Francisco.

His wife, Mary T. Winter, died in 1974.

Surviving are two sons, John and Gary Winter, and two daughters, Patricia and Nancy Winter, all of San Rafael; his mother, Mae Winter of Minnesota, and two brothers, Eugene and Robert Winter, also of Minnesota.

A funeral will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Russell and Gooch Funeral Home in Mill Valley. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery in San Rafael.
