Death Calls For Mrs. Wm. Beckley
Death which brought a peaceful end to long suffering occurred last Tuesday when Mrs. Cynthia A. Beckley, of Petaluma avenue, answered the last call. She had been seriously ill for many months and the sorrowing family had known for some time that the end was but a matter of weeks.
By the physicians and the devoted family, every attention was given Mrs. Beckley to make her last days as pleasant as possible.
The funeral services took place this morning at Sawyer’s Parlors, and the remains were shipped to Winsor, Sonoma county, for burial in the family plot.
Mrs. Beckley was the wife of William W. Beckley, the mother of Mrs. Leota Templeman, Willow and Merle Beckley, and sister of Mrs. Ella Patterson, of Talent, Ore., Mrs. Frank Moulton, Mrs. W. J. Gott, of San Quentin, Mrs. O. L. Harmon, of Richmond, and James and John Fewel, of Oregon. She was a member of the Companions of the Forest.
