Theophiele Pelonquin Jr., of San Francisco, was drowned Sunday at Willow Camp while bathing. His brother, with him at the time, made a futile attempt to save him. The body has not yet been found, although searchers have been constantly engaged in dragging the water and patrolling the beach. The drowned boy formerly lived in Petaluma.
