WILLIAM H. STEPHENS
A private funeral service was held for William H. Stephens at Keaton’s Chapel of Marin in Novato on Saturday.
Stephens, a resident of Novato, was found dead in his apartment on Friday. He was 59.
A native of Nebraska, he settled in Novato in 1979 after moving from Texas.
Stephens worked as a contract administrator for Page Construction in Novato. Prior to working for Page Construction, he worked as the construction manager for Novato Community Hospital which recently completed a new wing.
Survivors include two sisters, Gwen Mommert and Helen Gammel, both of Nebraska; and his mother, Mrs. Nellie Stephens of Nebraska.
Stephens will be buried in Tekamah, Neb.
