Death Takes Strain Cousins of Bolinas

Stricken with death in different forms and in widely separated parts of the state, Wiliam W. and Albert Strain, cousins, were taken Monday and Tuesday to their homes in Bolinas for burial.

William Strain met death Saturday in a railroad accident at Salinas. He was 33 years of age and the son of Mrs. Ellen and the late John Strain, and the brother of John and Alexander Strain.

Albert Strain passed away last Thursday in Eureka after an illness of several years. He was 55 years old and had been engaged in the furniture business at Eureka.

William Strain was buried under the auspices of Golden Gate Lodge No 91, B. of L. and F. and E. Monday, while funeral of his cousin was held Tuesday.

Both men were well known in the northern part of the county, where the family is highly respected.
