Death of Nicasio Ranch Man

Peter Lometti, a ranch hand who has been in California for the past seven years, passed away at the R. M. Respini ranch near Nicasio on Friday evening and the remains were brought to the Frank L. Blackburn funeral parlors. He had suffered from heart trouble for the past month and on Thursday morning he was taken seriously ill.

The deceased was a native of Italy and was aged 31 years. He was unmarried and has no relatives in this state. He was held in high esteem by his employer and friends.

The funeral was held on Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock, services were conducted by Rev. Father Sperance. The interment was in Calvary cemetery. Many beautiful floral offerings covered the grave. – Petaluma Argus
