OTIS M. GRAVIS

Otis M. Gravis of Novato died Wednesday at Marin General Hospital after a long illness. He was 83.

Mr. Gravis, a native of Massilon, Ohio, had lived in Marin since 1942, residing in Novato for the pas 33 years.

Mr. Gravis worked for H. C. Little company in San Rafael for 19 years before retiring in 1969. Previously he was a motor inspector at General Motors in Michigan. He was a member of the Machinists Union in Petaluma.

Survivors are his wife, Eloise Gravis of Novato; a son, Gary Gravis of Novato; and two brothers, Oliver and Roy Gravis, both of Ohio.

A memorial service will be at noon Sunday at the Presbyterian Church of Novato. The family prefers contributions to a favorite charity.
