CHRISTINA SWAYZE
A memorial service for Christina Swayze of Novato, daughter of Lt. James and Sandra Swayze, was to be held this morning at the Hamilton Air Force Base Chapel in Ignacio.
Christina, 6, died unexpectedly Saturday at Letterman General Hospital at the Presidio of San Francisco.
Christina, a native of Biloxi, Miss., moved with her family in Marin in January 1983. She was attending Forest Meadows School in San Rafael.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Tricia Swayze of Novato; a brother, Matthew Swayze of Novato; grandparents, Richard and June Swayze of Sherwood, Ore.; and a grandmother, Lillian Allen of Menlo Park.
The family prefers contributions to the Marin Association of Retarded Citizens in San Rafael or Disability Services Matrix in Mill Valley.
