Mrs. Geo. Pinckard Dies Suddenly

The funeral of Mrs. Arabella Eyre Pinckard, who passed away suddenly Monday, took place yesterday at the family home in Culloden Park.

The funeral sermon was preached by Rev. G. M. Cutting, rector of the Episcopal church, of which Mrs. Pinckard was an active member.

The sudden death came as a shock to countless friends of Mrs. Pinckard in bay county social circles. She had been prominent for years in affairs of social importance, as well as a noted figure in charitable work.

Splendid music was supplied by the quartet from the Trinity Church, San Francisco, with which Mrs. Pinckard’s family had been affiliated for many years.

She is survived by a sorrowing husband, George M. Pinckard, and two sons, Monroe Eyre Pinckard and George Monroe Pinckard, Jr. The interment was private.

The pall bearers were William Babcock, R. Porter Ashe, John Lawson, Charles P. Eells, C. P. Pomeroy and Mr. MacGiven. Burial was made in Cypress Lawn cemetery.
