Point Reyes Boy Fatally Hurt

Returning to her home from a neighboring ranch where she had spent the night consoling the mother of a dead baby, Mrs. Dominica Rossini of Point Reyes Station yesterday found her own child, a four year old boy, dead.

The boy, Henry Rossini, while playing in the corral, had been kicked by a horse at which he and his older brother had been throwing stones.

Thinking the boy was not seriously injured, the husband, Louis Rossini, did not notify his wife. The little fellow lived six hours.

An autopsy performed on the body yesterday by Dr. J. H. Kuser disclosed that the child’s neck had been broken. The remains were brought to Coroner Sawyer’s parlors. The funeral has been arranged to take place Friday in Point Reyes.
