SARAH M. MARION
A funeral for Sarah M. Marion, a longtime Petaluma resident, was to be held at 2 p.m. today at the Parent-Sorensen Mortuary in Petaluma.
Mrs. Marion died Friday at the Hacienda Care Center in Petaluma after a long illness. She was 91.
She was born and reared in Tomales and attended schools in Bloomfield and Petaluma. She was a graduate of Petaluma High School.
Mrs. Marion was a homemaker. She had been a very active member of the Petaluma Golden Agers.
Her husband, Angelo Marion, died previously.
She is survived by two sisters, Beth Zoppi of Petaluma and Olivia “Babe” Ernshaw of Bloomfield.
Burial was at Cypress Hill Memorial Park in Petaluma. The family prefers that contributions be made to the United Methodist Church memorial fund, P. O. Box 927, Petaluma, 94953.
