Veteran Railroad Man Passes Away
Walter D. Crawford, veteran railroad man, passed away at the Cottage Hospital Wednesday from an illness which had incapacitated him for about a year.
He was well known here and among the railroad men, having been employed by the Northwestern Pacific Company in a number of capacities for a great many years. He was retired and pensioned by the company about two years.
A widow, Mrs. Grace Crawford, and one son, Clyde Crawford, survive him. The remains are at Sawyer’s Parlors, but the date of the funeral has not yet been fixed.
