MARGARET M. JONES

A graveside memorial service for Margaret M. Jones of Larkspur, who was 103 at her death last month, will be held Wednesday at noon at the Mountain View Cemetery in Oakland.

Mrs. Jones died March 26 in a local convalescent hospital.

She was born in Wales and moved to this country when she was in her mid-20s, about the turn of the century. She lived in Iowa for a few years and also traveled extensively around the country.

She moved to Oakland several years later where she married William David Jones. The couple lived in the Bay Area for many years. Jones died in 1966.

Mrs. Jones moved to Marin about 15 years ago.

Mrs. Jones was a homemaker. She was involved in many choirs and singing groups during her life. She was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist in Oakland.

She is survived by a daughter, Jean F. LeBlanc of Larkspur.
