MINNIE E. MEYER

Minnie E. Meyer, a retired Petaluma woman, died Tuesday at a local hospital after a short illness. She was 93.

A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., she was reared there and lived in Wheeling, W. Va., and Nevada before coming to California in 1919.

Mrs. Meyer and her late husband, Frank F. Meyer, had lived in Santa Cruz before moving to San Jose in 1937 where they operated the M & M Trailer Court for 10 years. She moved to Novato in 1962 and to Petaluma in 1970.

She is survived by a daughter, Martha McKeay of Petaluma, and three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.

A funeral will be held Thursday at 8 p.m. at the Parent Funeral Chapel, Petaluma. A committal service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Chapel of Roses, Oak Hill Memorial Park, San Jose.
