JACK L. FLETCHER
Funeral was held yesterday at Monte’s Mission Chapel in San Rafael for Jack L. Fletcher who died Wednesday in San Francisco after a sudden illness. He was 41.
Fletcher, a native of West Virginia, had been a resident of Marin for six months and made his home at 1 Fabian Court here.
An Army veteran, he was a typesetter for the San Francisco firm of Sorg Printing Co. for 25 years. He was a member of San Francisco Local 21 of the Typographical Union.
Surviving are his wife, Bonnie Fletcher, of Novato; two sons, Gregory and Jeffrey Fletcher, both of Novato; three brothers, George Fletcher, of Toledo, Ohio, Robert Fletcher of Hyattsville, Maryland, and Douglas Fletcher of Inwood, West Virginia; and three sisters, Jean Zeck, of Landover, Maryland, Ellen Howes, of Booie, Maryland and Anna Thomas of Upper Malborough, Maryland.
Burial was at Bahia Valley Memorial Park. The family prefers memorial donations to a favorite charity.
