Takes Life By Hanging Self
Yee King Foy, employed as cook in the W. B. Saville home at Sausalito, for many years, committed suicide this morning by hanging himself by a rope suspended from a timber leading (sic) against a tree in the garden. After trying (sic) the rope about his neck the Oriental jumped from a bench near by. The body was found by C. S. Giblin.
Foy was 52 years of age and born in California. He was suffering from diabetes, and this is given as a cause of his rash act. The body was brought to this city by Coroner J. Ray Keaton this evening, and will be shipped to China immediately.
