Gladys Schwerin
Gladys Schwerin of San Rafael died Sunday at Hill Road Convalescent Hospital in Novato at the age of 77.
She was born in Oregon and came to San Francisco as a child, living there for about 40 years. Twelve years ago, she moved to San Rafael.
She is survived by a daughter, Karen Jacob of San Rafael.
A private family funeral will be held Wednesday at Russell & Gooch mortuary in Mill Valley. Burial will be at Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno.
The family prefers memorial contributions to Hospice of Marin, 77 Mark Drive, San Rafael 94903.
