HAZEL B. PETRZILKA
Burial of Hazel B. Petrzilka of Greenbrae will be held at the family plot in Racine, Wis.
Mrs. Petrzilka, 87, died Saturday in a local convalescent home after a long illness.
A native of Wisconsin, Mrs. Petrzilka had lived in Chicago before moving to Marin County in 1973.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Petrzilka of Larkspur; a daughter, Joan Reed of Corte Madera, and her son, Charles L. Petrzilka of West Branch, Mich.
