Former Fire Chief of Larkspur Buried in S. F. Monday

William B. Everson, former fire Chief of Larkspur, died at Burlingame last Friday after an illness of many years. Funeral service was held last Monday in San Francisco with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. He leaves three sons, four daughters, two brothers and a sister. He was 69 years of age, and a member of the Niantic Parlor, Native Sons of the Golden West.

Everson up to 1933 was a member of the San Francisco Fire department, and had been made a Captain before moving to Marin County. He went to Vallejo, where his wife died, and Mr. Everson went to Burlingame to live with his daughter.
