FRANCES CAMPBELL SUCCUMBS
Mrs. Frances Campbell, 79, of Sausalito, widow of William H. Campbell, fisherman lost at sea off Point Reyes more than 35 years ago, died in a local hospital last night after an illness of about a month.
She lived alone at 324 Pine Street, Sausalito, and had lived in Sausalito all her life.
She is survived by a son, Henry H. Campbell of Eureka; three daughters, Mrs. Mabel Testa of New York, Mrs. Ethel Quadros of Mill Valley and Mrs. Elsie Uithof of Sausalito; a sister, Mrs. Josie Rosa of Sausalito, and a granddaughter, Mrs. Mary Frances Goerndt of Novato.
She was a member of SPRSI, Sausalito, and Our Lady of Fatima.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Star of the Sea Church, Sausalito. The cortege will form at 9:15 a.m. at the Frank J. Keaton Mortuary, Sausalito. The Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Monday at the mortuary. Interment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery, San Rafael.
