LEWIS – In San Rafael, Jan. 18, 1976, William R. Lewis, beloved husband of Pauline M. Lewis, devoted brother of Maudie Crittenden of Muscle Shoals, Ala., Ora Vanderford and Molly Adams of Martin, Tenn., Sue Griffis and Fred Lewis of Longview, Tex., Claude Lewis of Tuscumbia, Ala., and James Butram of Mesquite, Tex. A native of Tuscumbia, Ala., age 59. A veteran of World War II.
No funeral was held.
