WOLFHEIMER, Ottilie -- Beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Ottilie Woliheimer died on Friday, August 10, 2001 of a heart attack. She was 87 years old. Born in Maibach, Germany on August 4, 1914, Ottilie moved to San Francisco in 1937 with her husband, Eugene, and daughter Helga. Eugene Wolfheimer passed away in 1978. Ottilie was a homemaker and active volunteer at the Sequoia's of San Francisco. She donated countless hours creating handmade items for charitable purposes. She was a devoted and faithful member of West Portal Lutheran Church in San Francisco and a member of their women's auxiliary. She loved her family and friends, and enjoyed traveling, crocheting, baking and playing bridge and dominoes. Ottilie will be greatly missed by her family: daughter Helga Mackey of Greenbrae, California; grandchildren Richard Mackey of Fountain Valley, California and Janice Mackey-Laughlin of Marcola, Oregon; and great-grandchildren Megan and Mallory Mackey and Jordan Laughlin. A memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 15, 2001 at West Portal Lutheran Church, 200 Sloat Blvd, San Francisco. Memorial donations may be made to West Portal Lutheran Church.
