DONALD W. DUNN
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at the Church of Our Savior in Mill Valley for Donald W. Dunn, 61, of Petaluma.
Mr. Dunn, a marine surveyor, died Friday at Hacienda Convalescent Hospital in Petaluma following a heart attack July 7.
He was a native of Sacramento.
Mr. Dunn moved as a child to Burlingame where he attended local schools.
He received a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of California in Berkeley.
Mr. Dunn spent much of his professional life in the coffee business and was most recently self-employed as a marine surveyor.
He was a longtime member of the Church of Our Savior.
Mr. Dunn is survived by his wife, Peggy Dunn of Petaluma; two daughters, Teresa Cornelius of Colorado and Robin Short of Petaluma; a son, Stuart Dunn of Fort Bragg, Mendocino County; his mother, Frances Dunn of San Mateo and 11 grandchildren.
The family prefers memorial gifts to the Church of Our Savior or a favorite charity.
